Chris is a certified Predictive Index Analyst and Skillsurvey enthusiast.

A passionate storyteller, Chris’ recent track record of success comes from helping with the “build the plane while flying it” stage of hyper-growth companies. He is also a Behavioral Assessment enthusiast, having used these instruments for creating robust talent pools, improving pre-hire candidate evaluation, increasing client satisfaction & reducing turnover costs.

Janis Elliott Hoyt – Janis is a Senior Human Resources Executive with a passion for aligning people & culture to support business strategies. Her track record of success includes leading Retail (Macy’s), Healthcare (Aetna, Blue Shield of CA) & Consumer Goods (Clorox, The Honest Company) organizations through accelerated growth, rapid change & business transformation.

She is a lifelong learner that exhibits a passion for teaching/mentoring women into leadership roles, with a special focus on the HR profession.
